Family services during December

So that we can catch up with outstanding enquiries from families needing help and support, we are making a temporary change to our Helpline service between Monday 5th to Thursday 8th December. Our freephone number and email enquiry/call back request form won’t be available for new enquiries.

How can I get help?

During this period, please use our website search function to find resources such as our advice sheets and podcasts on topics including disimpaction using macrogol laxative and children who prefer to poo in a nappy.

Helpline Christmas opening hours

The Helpline will be closed over the Christmas period from Friday 23rd December, returning on Tuesday 3rd January 2023.

Looking ahead to the New Year, we are very pleased to be planning a new helpline answering service which is intended to reduce wait times for receiving support from our team of experts.
