The Big Help Out
The Big Help Out is the biggest volunteering event of the year and is happening on Monday, 8 May 2023.
We’ve joined in with hundreds of charities and community groups across the UK to ask our community to help us out so that we can support even more families that come to ERIC. There are two ways you can help us:
Help by fundraising
Host a poo-cake & coffee morning to raise funds so we can help more families
- Make some poo cakes - use our recipe
- Put the kettle on
- Invite your family and friends
- Find out more about about wee and poo with our quiz
- Go potty with our potty games for younger children
- Find the poos and wees game
- Share on social media tagging in ERIC
- Make your donation to ERIC
Help by raising awareness
Share ERIC’s Poo and Wee checkers to raise awareness of continence issues in children and young people and how ERIC can help:
Share with
- family & friends
- staff at your child’s school or nursery
- toddlers and play groups groups
- with groups for parents and carers
- with your health visitor and other health professionals
- print them out and stick them on the toilet doors at your workplace and at home!
