The payroll giving scheme is an easy, tax-efficient way of donating to ERIC through your salary.
By giving from your salary each payday, you will be helping us to continue to provide services for families whose children are struggling with a bowel or bladder condition.
Your regular donations are especially valuable because they help ERIC to budget effectively and plan ahead.
How it works
Anyone whose pay is taxed through PAYE can donate through payroll giving.
Payroll giving allows you to donate straight from your salary before tax is deducted. If you decide to give £10 a month, it will only cost you £8 if you pay tax at the basic rate, £6 on 40% tax or £5 on 50% tax.
It is more efficient for higher rate taxpayers to donate through the payroll giving scheme than Gift Aid as charities are unable to claim back tax above the basic rate through the Gift Aid scheme.
You can give as much as you like and change or cancel your donation at any time by informing your employer's payroll department.
Payroll giving is easy to set up and low cost to run for employers. Please visit www.payrollgiving.co.uk for further details.
