ERIC At Home is a free delivery service, facilitated by Rapidcare, a family run home delivery service. Together we specialise in delivering medical appliances to your door, along with complimentary items with every order.
Does it cost anything to use ERIC At Home?
No, our order and delivery services are free of charge as we partner with the NHS to offer a free prescription service. We’ll only contact you if you have to pay for your prescription items.
Why should I order with you and not from my GP?
ERIC At Home offers an easier way to access your usual medical appliances. We’ve partnered with Rapidcare, who are experts in these products and are more likely to have what you need in stock than regional pharmacies, and we can get them to your doorstep faster. All you need to do is let us know 2 weeks in advance what you need, and we’ll handle the prescription retrieval from your GP. However, remember, if you ever have concerns or face issues, it’s still a good idea to reach out to your GP or healthcare professional for personalised care. Your wellbeing is our priority.
How soon can I expect my order to be delivered?
Your order will usually arrive within 3 working days. However, delivery times may vary depending on your location and product availability.
How do I reorder medical appliances?
Your nurse will sort out your prescription with the right codes for your devices. When you want to reorder, just call us on 0800 170 1140. We can also arrange monthly reminders for your orders.
What information do you need from me to process my order?
It is very likely that your nurse or GP will have already registered all of your details with us, so we will need very little information from you – other than letting us know when you need a new order.
Free gift with your first order
Every customer who places an order via ERIC At Home will receive a free wash bag with their first order, containing dry wipes, disposal bags, urgent toilet card and radar key.
This service is facilitated by Rapidcare, who have over 40 years experience ensuring excellent and free prescription deliveries for a range of healthcare needs, including stoma care, diabetes, bladder & bowel management.
