Join ERIC Family Forum
Are you a parent/carer who has used ERIC’s services and would like to be part of helping us shape and develop future services?

We're seeking volunteers to join our new ERIC Family Forum to discuss your experiences of being supported by ERIC, what support you'd like to see in future, and offer feedback on how we can improve.
What does it involve?
Initially we'll be asking families to take part in quarterly online meetings (via Zoom or Teams) over the space of a year, where we'll discuss topics that matter to you. If, for whatever reason, you're unable to participate in online meetings, we can arrange for email or telephone feedback to meet your needs.
We'd like to explore topics like your online habits and how you prefer to receive information, feedback on our online resources/advice sheets, how we can improve accessibility at ERIC and other areas related to our service provision.
Who can take part?
It's open to anyone who has used ERIC's services now or in the past. Ideally you'd have a child under 18, and we would especially love to hear from people from underrepresented groups. We would prefer to hear from people living in the UK right now. You'll need to be able to commit to providing feedback at least once a quarter, preferably as part of the online group but if you are unable to, via email/telephone would be fine too.
This group is mainly for parents and carers, but if you are a professional working with children who would like to be involved in providing us with feedback, please indicate that on your application, as we may set up a separate group for professionals further down the line.
Any data you supply here will be used solely for the purpose of administering the ERIC Family Forum. We will never share your data with anyone else. For more details on how ERIC stores and manages your data, please check our privacy policy: https://eric.org.uk/privacy-policy-22/
