ERIC Trustee wins Helpline Partnership Lifetime Service Award
We’re delighted to announce that ERIC Trustee Dr Eve Fleming has been awarded a lifetime service award for her tireless efforts to help children and families with their bowel and bladder health.

Dr Eve Fleming has won a Lifetime Service Award in recognition of her contribution to children’s health and her commitment to ERIC, The Children’s Bowel & Bladder Charity.
The award was bestowed by the Helplines Partnership, of which ERIC is a member, for Eve’s tireless advocacy and support of families whose children are living with bowel and bladder issues.
The Helplines Partnership Awards recognise and celebrate the amazing work being done within the helplines sector. ERIC runs a free Helpline so parents/carers can receive one to one support for their children’s bowel and bladder problems, and as well as being a Trustee, Eve has served on our Helpline for many years.
ERIC CEO Siân Wicks says: “We are incredibly proud and delighted to see the work of Dr Eve Fleming being recognised by the Helplines Partnership. From delayed potty training, to constipation, withholding, bedwetting, support for families with children with additional needs, Eve has done it all in buckets. She has dedicated many years to ERIC, in addition to supporting families through her NHS Consultant role. Eve, you are a true hero. Thank you, on behalf of ERIC and all the children and families you serve.”
The Helplines Partnership says: “Congratulations to Dr Eve Fleming on this achievement. The awards acknowledge the remarkable contributions of individuals and teams who are outstanding in how they provide support, guidance, and compassion to those in need. Through the awards we honour those who have made a big difference, whether it’s through exceptional frontline support, new initiatives, or a lifetime of service.”
