If you're interested in exhibiting at the ERIC Conference 2026, you've come to the right place! Here's everything you need to know.

What is the ERIC Conference 2026?

The ERIC Conference is designed for healthcare professionals to share the latest research and practical guidance, as well as updating their professional skills. The event includes a broad programme of talks from some of the world’s leading practitioners and researchers, cutting-edge interactive workshops and practical demonstrations, and an opportunity to access the industry’s latest equipment and expertise in our exhibition. It takes place on Monday 12 October 2026 at The Grand Hotel, Bristol.

Who can attend?

The Conference is suitable for a wide range of healthcare professionals including children's continence specialists, paediatricians, those specialising in urology, school nurses, community nurses, health visitors as well as allied healthcare professionals including occupational therapists and physiotherapists. Anyone working in the field of paediatric continence is welcome!

How much does it cost to exhibit?

  • Exhibition space: £1000.00 + VAT
  • Exhibition space to registered charities: £550.00 + VAT

Fee includes:

  • All stands have a 5ft table and 2 chairs provided.
  • Two stand passes are included in your exhibitor package which allows access to the Conference sessions and includes lunch and refreshments.

Additional stand passes: £95.00 + VAT per person.

Notepad and stationery sponsorship £1500 + vat

Goody Bag sponsorship (logo alongside ERIC logo) £1000 + vat

Payment information

Payment for an exhibition space is by invoice only. Please obtain consent from your finance department prior to your booking and supply us with the necessary purchase order number. To register your interest, please complete the form below; we'll then reserve your space and send an invoice.

Poster presentations

Got some ideas, research or project progress to share?

We’re seeking abstracts and poster presentations from professionals in the field. Those selected will be displayed on notice boards at the Conference and some will have the opportunity to present their findings at the event.

How to get involved

Choose a project! This may be some work you have been doing, or a new idea you want to work on in the next few months. N.B. It must be new! It could be research, audit, case studies or a literature review. Click the button below for more detail on how to submit an abstract.
